Thank you for your interest in joining the MNWWN Board of Directors to help us continue to imagine and create an organization that provides networking opportunities for women landowners to learn from and support each other in caring for their land.
The MNWWN Board of Directors functions as an active board, there is no paid staff. We are looking for candidates that will embrace these expectations of serving as a MNWWN Board member:
Passion: For the vision, mission, purpose and goals of MNWWN (link to About on webpage)
Participation: Active participation in Board meetings, calls and email exchanges, and local network activities/events
Serve: On a committee(s) to plan and accomplish tasks
Accountability: Prepare in advance for meetings, accept and complete action items
Willingness: To respectfully express your opinions and actively listen to others
Learn and have fun while supporting the stewardship of the land!
