The Metro Area MNWWN is hosting an outing on Saturday, July 17 from 10:00am to 12:00pm at the Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden and Bird Sanctuary in Minneapolis. Meet in the parking lot at 10:00am, and make sure to bring your ID books or phone ID Apps, bug spray/sunscreen, a water/beverage, and, if you're a birder, your binoculars! Depending on interest and time, there could be a trip across the street to the Quaking Bog as well. Parking is $1.00/hour, so bring bills, change and/or your credit card.

An evening hike on Thursday, July 22 could also be an option if there is interest. The gardens are open until 8:00pm on Thursdays.
