A Forest Walk at Northland Arboretum

  • Northland Arboretum 14250 Conservation Drive Baxter, MN, 56425 United States (map)

Are you a woman woodland owner? Are you curious about learning how to care for your woodland? Are you looking to enjoy the outdoors with other women woodland owners? Then join MNWWN board member Ginger Kopp as she leads a walk through the beautiful trails at Northland Arboretum!

Whether you own a couple of trees on a small ¼ acre lot, or a couple hundred acres out in the country, this event is for you! This event is for all women woodlot owners whether they own their forest outright, as a spouse, or in a family unit.

At this event, you will learn about your forest or woodland and how to care for it so it continues to meet your purpose, as well as be able to network with other women woodlot owners and share your experiences and questions. We will have handouts of resources to help you network with professional foresters, ecologists, and wildlife specialists.  We will also be discussing the opportunity of forming a chapter of the MNWWN in the Brainerd area.

If you are interested in attending this fun event, please email info@mnwwn.org.

We hope to see you there!
